MG’s upcoming MGS5 EV, the successor to the ZS EV, is poised to be revealed in the coming weeks.
This new electric SUV will share the Modular Scalable Platform (MSP) with the MG4 hatchback and is expected to feature styling elements such as a full-width light bar and Y-shaped tail-lights.
Although the MGS5 was already revealed in China as the MG ES5, the European version will have unique design elements. The interior is said to be a “completely reimagined premium cabin” with advanced features.
The MGS5 EV will be larger than its predecessor, offering more space and a longer wheelbase, and is anticipated to come with battery options ranging from 51kWh to 77kWh, providing over 200 to 300 miles of range, respectively.
