The Avatr 06 is gearing up to enter the electric vehicle market as a significant contender with impressive range capabilities and powertrain configurations.
Set to debut in the second quarter of 2025, the Avatr 06 will be available in both pure electric and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) forms.
The all-electric model boasts a 650 km range, underpinned by a 72.88 kWh battery pack, while the dual-motor version offers a slightly reduced range of 600 km.
The EREV variant, equipped with a smaller 31.7 kWh battery, extends its all-electric range to 170 km, supported by a 1.5 T engine acting as a range extender.
These battery options are slightly smaller than those found in the Avatr 07, yet the Avatr 06 still delivers robust performance with 252 kW motors for the rear-wheel drive and additional 188 kW motors for the all-wheel drive variants.
Design-wise, the Avatr 06 is a sleek sedan measuring 4855 x 1960 x 1450 mm with a spacious wheelbase of 2940 mm and inspired by the Avatr 2.0 concept.
The interior is expected to mirror the Avatr 07, featuring advanced tech amenities such as a 15.6-inch floating infotainment screen, a 35.4-inch surround screen, and Huawei’s HarmonyOS 4.0.
