2025 Mitsubishi RVR

Mitsubishi Next RVR to be an EV? The full Change model in 15 years!

Nissan and Mitsubishi have also invested, is developing the AmpR Small (successor to CMF-EV B) and AmpR Medium (successor to CMF-EV) as EV-specific platforms, and the next RVR will adopt the latter platform. There are reports that Renault CEO Lucas Demeo is also actively working on this.

The body size is expected to be 4380 mm in length, 1810 mm in width, 1650 mm in height, and 2670 mm in wheelbase, 15 mm longer and 20 mm taller than the current RVR, and the body is expected to be enlarged, with a minimum ground clearance of 220 mm, further improving rough road drivability.

The image is a forecast CG created based on this information. Based on the concept of “stylish and sporty,” the new model has evolved into an angular silhouette that is typical of Mitsubishi SUVs. The sides have a sense of overhang and a rich surface structure, with sculpted front and rear fender arches. The front end features an advanced dynamic shield with a closed grille and a horizontal design, and the LED daytime lights are expected to be of the L-type to match.

If all goes well, the world premiere of the successor to the RVR is likely to be sometime in 2025.
