Aito, a car brand co-developed by Huawei and Seres Group, is expanding its product range with the upcoming release of the Aito M6 SUV.
Positioned between the M5 and M7 models, the M6 is expected to be priced around RMB 250,000, catering to the family SUV segment.
The announcement was made by Huawei’s executive director Richard Yu via Weibo, hinting at a spring unveiling.
The M6 will be available in both battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) versions, consistent with Aito’s multi-powertrain strategy.
Despite the introduction of the M6, the M5 will continue to receive updates. Aito’s growth has been significant, with the brand celebrating the production of its 1-millionth vehicle in January.
