The Audi E, a joint venture between Audi and SAIC, is an upcoming electric vehicle tailored for the Chinese market.
Spotted during road tests with a design in line with the concept car, it features a sleek exterior with thin headlights, a LiDAR sensor, and hidden door handles.
The vehicle boasts impressive performance with a dual-motor 4WD system delivering 764 hp, powered by a 100 kWh battery with an estimated range of 700 km. The interior is equally sophisticated, showcasing a large display, ambient lighting, and premium materials.
Despite previous challenges with EV acceptance in China, Audi is committed to the market with this new model, which is expected to hit showrooms in the summer of 2025.
