Xpeng is preparing to introduce a new electric sedan model, codenamed E29, which will join its existing sedan range, including the Mona M03 and P7+/P7i.
This move is part of Xpeng’s strategy to offer a diverse range of vehicles at various price points.
The upcoming sedan, likely to be officially named the P7 Ultra, is expected to feature a high-performance powertrain, distinguishing it from the current offerings.
Xpeng’s commitment to new model launches is evident, with the company planning to release new or updated vehicles in every quarter of this year, aiming to cover a broad price segment from RMB 100,000 to RMB 500,000.
