The BMW iX4, a new electric coupe SUV, has been spotted undergoing testing in Europe, showcasing a design that combines the practicality of an SUV with the sporty aesthetics of a coupe.
It features a vertical twin kidney grille, a rakish windscreen, and a steeply sloping roofline, setting it apart from its counterpart, the iX3.
The iX4 is anticipated to share a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system with the iX3, producing a substantial 463 hp and 476 lb-ft of torque, which should enable impressive acceleration and a top speed of 130 mph.
Powered by a 108.7 kWh battery, the iX4 is expected to offer a WLTP range of up to 500 miles and support for 400 kW DC fast charging, allowing for a rapid 10-80% charge in just 21 minutes.
The interior is likely to mirror the iX3, featuring a pillar-to-pillar Panoramic iDrive display, a 17.9-inch infotainment system, and other advanced technologies.
