First pictures of the Mercedes CLE facelift, a refreshed grill and new front bumper. Rear looks untouched. And no star-shaped headlights?
The Mercedes CLE Coupé, despite being only two years into its market presence, is set to receive a facelift.
Spy shots captured in Skandinavia reveal a prototype with a revised front, featuring LED lights shaped like stars and a likely modified grille.
The rear of the vehicle is also expected to undergo changes, including new taillights with a star design, a redesigned diffuser, and possibly new exhaust tips.
Inside, the focus is on software updates for the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, suggesting new functionalities.
The vehicle’s technology is anticipated to remain consistent, with a range of four-cylinder mild-hybrid engines, though sportier variants may be available.
The updates aim to refresh the vehicle’s aesthetics and digital capabilities while retaining its established technical foundation, positioning it against competitors like the BMW 4er Coupé and Audi A5.
The facelift is expected to hit the market in the 2027 model year, with a potential shift to 2028, and pricing may see a slight increase.
