The forthcoming Vauxhall Corsa GSE has been previewed, marking a new era for the brand’s hot hatch lineup.
As an electric successor to the Corsa VXR, the GSE will feature a silent yet powerful 276bhp electric powertrain, chassis upgrades, and distinctive styling changes. It is expected to offer a real-world range of around 180 miles from its 54kWh battery and is likely to be priced from approximately £34,500.
The introduction of the Corsa GSE is part of Vauxhall’s broader strategy to reinvigorate the brand and climb the UK sales charts by infusing more excitement and emotion into its vehicles, with the GSE sub-brand representing the electric equivalent of the VXR performance lineage.
