BMW’s First New-Era Alpina Spotted
BMW is testing what appears to be the 2028 i7 Alpina 70 xDrive, marking a new chapter for Alpina under BMW ownership.
The prototype features Alpina’s signature 20-spoke wheels, unique amber lighting, and subtle bodywork changes. It’s expected to make around 680 hp from a dual-motor setup, with up to 426 miles (686 km) of range.
Unlike BMW M, Alpina is all about effortless speed, comfort, and understated luxury. Expect a four-seat cabin and a price north of €200,000 when it arrives.
