Ford Authority has spotted a 2028 Lincoln Nautilus prototype bearing some interesting tweaks, Those changes start up front, where the headlights on this 2028 Lincoln Nautilus appear to have been slimmed down a bit compared to the existing model and feature an LED signature that looks a lot like the one on the Navigator. Though this prototype is covered in camo, it seems as if the forthcoming Nautilus may ditch its full-width LED signature lighting element, notably, which is present on the Reserve and Black Label trims, but is “blacked out” on the base Premiere, Otherwise, the front grille on this 2028 Lincoln Nautilus prototype looks to sport a new mesh design, with prominent vertical strips of brightwork compared to the existing model and its more widely-spaced such elements. Moving down the side, we see a brand new wheel design that isn’t currently offered on this model, too, As we come around the rear, we can see that this prototype features what looks to be a new design for the taillights, with a pair of thin strips compared to the singular unit present on the current Nautilus. The LED signature looks quite a lot like the one present on the Chinese-market Corsair, too, In terms of what changes might be in store for the interior of the refreshed 2028 Lincoln Nautilus, well, those are harder to discern thanks to heavy camouflage in this case. The current model debuted with a large coast-to-coast screen running the new Lincoln Digital Experience software, so it stands to reason that we can expect more minor updates there, but for now at least, that’s little more than pure speculation.
