Kia has commenced the contract process for the ‘The New EV6 GT’, a significant upgrade in the high-performance electric vehicle market.
This model boasts an improved dual-motor system with a combined maximum output of 448kW (609 horsepower) and a maximum torque of 740Nm (75.5kgf·m), which is further enhanced to 478kW (650 horsepower) and 770Nm (78.5kgf·m) with the launch control system engaged.
The vehicle’s performance includes a zero to 100 km/h acceleration time of 3.5 seconds.
Equipped with an 84kWh fourth-generation high-voltage battery, the EV6 GT offers a driving range of 355km on a single charge, with the ability to charge from 10% to 80% in under 18 minutes using a 350kW fast charger.
The car also features electronic control suspension, an electronic limited-slip differential, and high-capacity disc brakes for stable handling and top-tier braking performance.
Enhanced seat convenience, memory systems, and the latest infotainment features are included to improve the driving experience.
The EV6 GT comes in five exterior colors and one interior color scheme, with Kia emphasizing its enhanced product competitiveness and value by maintaining the price point despite these upgrades.
