According to a Reddit post, Japanese news (NHK) showed footage of what appears to be a modified 6-wheeled Lexus RZ. This is likely a test mule for a production version of the 6-wheeled Lexus LS Concept van that was revealed at the Japan Mobility Show in 2025.

Edit: It is indeed real. Posts on X/Twitter coming out of Japan confirm that it was shown through NHK’s recent “Inside Toyota” TV program.
